Sonia Ribas, MBA, HC, RYT, is a sought-after LA-Barcelona based fertility coach and mom of 3. She is a certified Health Coach, Yoga teacher, and expert in fertility science, nutrition and women's health. In her 10+ years practice, she's successfully coached more than 500 women and couples struggling to conceive.

Program Overview

Week one: QUICK WINS: TIMING + DETOX

When it comes to fertility, even little wins can make a big difference. In week one we will unpack some of the most important topics in fertility: your cycle, your fertile window, and how making small changes can tip the fertility scales in your favor.

What we’ll cover:

  • Understanding and tracking your ovulation cycle, including simple ways to identify — and make the most of — your fertile window each month.
  • Clues you may not be ovulating properly, and what next steps you need to take right now.
  • Ridding unwanted environmental toxins from your space — and how “cleaning up” can improve natural fertility.
  • The power of hydration — how much H2O you should be consuming, and which liquids are good substitutes if you want to mix it up.
Week Two: NOURISHING YOUR BODY

Nutrition — everything from your diet to supplements to mindful eating — can have a major impact on natural fertility. In week two we will offer expert insights and easy next steps to improve what you’re putting into your body — and how, together, every bite can boost your baby-making potential.

What we’ll cover:

  • Fertility-friendly nutrition, including a step-by-step guide to the “Fertility Diet”.
  • Strategies for eating more mindfully — even if you’re on-the-go.
  • The right supplements to boost your natural fertility and prepare your mind and body for baby.
  • Understanding the impact of weight on fertility, and what you can do to achieve a healthy BMI.
Week Three: FINDING YOUR GROOVE

Now that you’re halfway through your bootcamp journey, it’s time to step things up a notch and dig into some serious fertility-supporting strategies. From exercise to sleep, to connecting with your partner, this week we’ll accelerate your success and ensure you have the tools needed to keep moving forward.

What we’ll cover:

  • Fertility-supporting workouts based on your cycle phase — plus, why working out too much could have the opposite effect on your health and your chances of conceiving.
  • Energy-enhancing supplements that will help you make the most of every workout.
  • Striking a better hormonal balance by getting enough restorative sleep, including supplement recommendations if you’re still struggling to fall — or stay — asleep.
  • Connecting with your partner including how to keep the spark going, even when baby-making leaves you stressed.
  • Your fertility supporting yoga exercise.
Week Four: NOURISHING YOUR MIND + SOUL

Getting pregnant isn’t just about your body — it’s about ensuring your mind and soul are equally engaged and ready for all that comes next. During this final session, we will share expert strategies for striking the right fertility mindset. From managing stress to mood-boosting supplements to simple meditations to try right now, you’ll wrap bootcamp with easy ways to enhance your fertility, today and tomorrow.
